Salary Range (multiple roles):

• Junior: $80k–$100k + super
• Mid: $100k–$120k + super
• Senior: $120k–$140k + super

The Role
Join a respected Australian Insurtech delivering tailored solutions for insurers with a configurable, in-house platform. This is a client-facing, hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys translating business needs into functional software configurations.

You will work across the full implementation life-cycle, discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, using a mix of business analysis and technical skills such as scripting, SQL, and data modelling.

What you’ll do

• Deliver tailored implementations from discovery to go-live
• Run workshops to capture and validate client requirements
• Configure workflows, business rules, document templates, and data models
• Use internal tools and scripting to customise the platform
• Support testing, data mapping, and migration
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and manage client expectations

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical foundation: scripting or coding, SQL, and data modelling
• SaaS or configurable software delivery experience with external clients
• Ability to translate business logic into structured configuration
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with delivery environments (Agile or hybrid SDLC)
• Backgrounds could include Technical BA, developer, solution consultant, or vendor-side implementation roles

Nice to have

• Insurance or financial services exposure
• Experience with Java, Groovy, C#, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with low-code or rule-based platforms
