Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during a variety of orthodontic procedures

Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment areas

Taking digital x-rays, photographs, and intra-oral scans

Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Managing stock levels

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience

Maintaining accurate patient records using Orthotrac practice management software

Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit dental team

Supporting administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and responding to patient enquiries

What We’re Looking For

A qualified and/or experienced Dental Assistant is preferred, but not essential — training can be provided for the right candidate

Organised, adaptable, and confident working in a busy environment

A warm, approachable communicator and genuine team player

Part-time availability — days are negotiable for the right candidate
