A Day In the Life

Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

• Portfolio consisting of 150 properties
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
• Minimise and maintain rental arrears

• Dedicated leasing and admin teams to assist you

Generous Incentive Plans including:

• $500 for each new business management referral
• Up to 10% of sales commission on eligible referrals
• Quarterly NPS bonuses of up to $1,000

The Successful Candidate

• Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
• A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
