Site Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities

Be able to confidently manage, lead and administer construction site activities on assets throughout the NT remote communities.

Travel and stay in remote communities

Be confident using an iPad for:

Email use (open, reply and manage emails)

Taking photos & videos

Accessing and reading site plans & Baams drawings

Understanding and writing up a Scope of Works

Managing Scope of Works alterations

Completing Site Inspections

Uploading before, during and after photos via links and QR codes

Signing off documents (getting signatures off required personnel)

Emailing and generating weekly reports

Determining materials and possible quantities needed for job completion (writing up a material list)

Managing on site materials

Budget up possible work (being able to budget/estimate work tasks)

Estimate how many labour hours to complete certain tasks

Completing appropriate site documentation:

SWMS

Before, during & after photos (for all work tasks completed)

COC

Insurance and Safety documentation

Compliance Checklists

Client relationships

Be a professional symbol of QCM’s culture out in remote communities

Be able to deal with different personalities of contractors, clients and local community personnel
