Finance Manager
Full-Time | Sunshine West, VIC

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role in driving the financial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate month-end reporting, analysis, and commentary for senior leadership.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business performance.

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, governance).

Manage intercompany invoicing, shared services allocations, and multi-entity structures.

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and debtor management.

Prepare board and management reporting packs.

Liaise with external accountants on year-end accounts, tax, and FBT returns.

Handle invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, and financial reporting.

About You

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA highly regarded).

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role.

Strong knowledge of compliance and statutory reporting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work across multiple entities and manage competing priorities.
