The Package: $45.09 - $49.83 gross per hour + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 8 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.

In this role you will:
Feed and care for animals housed in the Animal Management Facility.
Identify health issues, injuries, or illnesses in animals and treat or medicate as needed.
Ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained, creating a healthy and disease-free environment for our animals.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in handling cats and dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
Possesses the knowledge to recognise animal health and behavioural issues.
Has capacity to deliver a high level of customer service.
