Join Our Team as an Inspections Officer
Part-Time or Full-Time/Flexible Hours

First National Real Estate Rochedale is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inspections Officer to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role offers flexibility in your working hours and days, and for the right candidate, it can open the door to full-time employment or progression into a Property Manager position.

About the Role:
As our Inspections Officer, you will be responsible for meticulously documenting the condition of rental properties. Our reports are comprehensive and require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has had previous real estate inspections experience

Has clear English enunciation as we speak the inspection into IPADS

Has a strong eye for detail and accuracy

Enjoys working independently

Is comfortable spending extended periods at tenanted properties, documenting internal and external features

Key Details:

Minimum of 3 days per week but happy with 5 days (part time available)

Flexible start and finish times

Supportive team of Property Managers available when needed

Field-based role with autonomy
