About the role

As a Nurse Unit Manager Interventional Radiology, you’ll play a central role in coordinating patient care, leading dedicated nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of practice. About You
You will be an experienced and motivated nursing professional who brings proven leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. With the ability to inspire and support your team, you will play a vital role in driving excellence in patient outcomes and service delivery.
Qualifications & Registration – Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Leadership & Communication – Demonstrated leadership experience with advanced skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and change management.
Clinical & Professional Expertise – At least 3 years post-registration experience with proven competence in the relevant area of nursing practice, including experience supervising and mentoring staff.
Knowledge & Innovation – Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary health care issues, with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance models of care, and lead consumer engagement initiatives.
