• $2K of Professional Development allowance every year
• 15-20hrs of recorded PD content + access to specialist training play-based early intervention strategies, literacy, neurodiversity affirming practice, AAC)

Support That Starts on Day One

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision
• Fortnightly peer supervision groups
• Shadowing experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks
• Structured caseload ramp-up:
• Weeks 1-2: shadowing only
• Months 1-2: build 2-3 clients per week
• Month 3: independent caseload with Senior review and support
• Month 6: full caseload, still supported

About You

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• SPA registration (or eligibility)
• NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver’s licence
