Physiotherapist (Contract)

We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join a private hospital team in Melbourne CBD. This locum role offers a diverse inpatient rehab caseload, excellent support, and the chance to work within a dynamic team environment.

About the Role

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Pay: $50–65 per hour + Super

Location: Melbourne CBD, with close transport links

Duration: 8 weeks

Key Responsibilities

Provide physiotherapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Manage a mixed caseload including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiac, reconditioning, post-surgical patients, and discharge planning.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

Support patients in their recovery journey, ensuring safe and effective transition from hospital to community.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.

Experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, or hospital-based physiotherapy highly regarded.

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to adapt to varied caseloads in a fast-paced hospital environment.
