About You
You will have proven experience in supporting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with expertise in tenancy management across the private, public, or community housing sectors. Your in-depth understanding of relevant tenancy legislation will enable you to advocate effectively for clients facing housing instability. You will have the skills, ability, and commitment to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, adopting a proactive and person-centered approach. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with a compassionate and client-focused mindset, will be essential in providing high-quality support to those in need.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Current or previous social/community housing/tenancy management experience
- Experience in preparing for and representing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
- Strong administrative skills, including experience using a variety of CRM software;
- Experience in working with clients with complex needs;
- Demonstrated highly developed organisation skills and the ability to undertake tasks independently;
- Current drivers licence
