The Role

We are seeking a full-time Excavator Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work across a range of residential and commercial sites, supporting plumbing installations through safe and efficient excavation and civil works. You'll be operating near-new, well-maintained machinery and equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and HR trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators to complete trenching, digging, and site preparation

Operate skid steers and HR trucks as required on-site

Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on machines

Read and interpret site plans and instructions to ensure accurate excavation

Work collaboratively with plumbers, builders, and other trades

Maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites

Ensure full compliance with WHS standards and site requirements

Assist with general civil and plumbing site duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating excavators

Valid White Card

Strong understanding of safety procedures and worksite best practices

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Experience in both residential and commercial projects is highly regarded
