Cornerstone HR is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Controller to join our client in Hazelmere. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of fleet operations, driver schedules, and freight movements — all while maintaining compliance with safety and transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet operations, driver runs, and delivery schedules

Monitor performance using transport management systems and GPS tools

Manage driver fatigue compliance in line with regulations

Act as the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and management

Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with transport management systems and GPS tracking tools

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Sound knowledge of transport regulations and fatigue management laws

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
