Complete Staff Solutions are seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our team across Casino, Kyogle, Lismore and the wider Northern Rivers region.

We are currently recruiting for Production Labourers with a local manufacturing business in Casino. This role involves working on a production line, performing repetitive tasks, and supporting the manufacture of key products.

Shift Details

Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Monday to Friday, ongoing casual work

Casino-based local work

Key Responsibilities

Operate safely and efficiently on a fast-paced production line

Perform repetitive manual tasks to meet production standards

Assist with general labouring and assembly duties

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

About You

Previous factory or labouring experience preferred (training provided)

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing shifts

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
