We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our National client based at Banksmeadow. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and work collaboratively with a team.

Mon - Fri starting from 7am.

Hourly Rate: $37+/hour

As this is a luxury customer, quality and attention to detail is paramount :

-Assign, monitor & assist tasks to warehouse associates (picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading, etc.).

-Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

-Prioritize workloads based on inbound/outbound schedules and KPIs.

-Assist team members with their issues related to orders

-Maintain excellent communication with the team

-Raise & address requests from client’s Customer Service

-Send & Respond to Emails

-Maintain & record the internal KPI and other admin files

-Multitasking & Detail oriented approach

-Be able to work in a fast paced environment

-Previous experience of WMS & sound knowledge of Excel
