Are you an experienced technician looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Communications, Electrical Services, Data and AV Systems Technician to support our expanding operations across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

🔧 About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of:

Structured cabling systems (Cat6, Cat6A, fibre optics)

Audio-visual (AV) systems including projectors, smart displays, and conferencing setups

Telecommunications systems (voice and data networks)

General and low-voltage electrical services

MATV, CCTV, SAT TV, access control, and intercom systems

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test data and fibre cabling

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring for commercial and residential projects

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

Assist with electrical fit outs, cable tray installation, and equipment mounting

Set up and troubleshoot AV systems in corporate and educational environments

Handle TV reception systems and theatre AV setups

Maintain high standards of safety and compliance

Interpret plans, specifications, and wiring diagrams

Liaise with clients and site managers to deliver quality outcomes

✅ Requirements:

Valid Electrical Licence or Cabling Registration (Open/Restricted)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Working at Heights and EWP (preferred)

Proven experience in electrical, data, or AV systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Current Driver’s Licence
