Your Role

We're on the lookout for exceptional Senior Rehabilitation Consultants (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. Step into a role where your expertise will directly contribute to changing lives. You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across an exciting mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance.

Conduct single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments

Lead return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way

Be at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management

What You’ll Need

Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA

At least 3 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
