Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity

Smile Team Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our expanding team! With new practices in Burwood and Drummoyne, alongside our established locations in Parramatta, Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Bowral, this is an exciting time to come on board.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and genders, ideally with some dental experience.

• Customer service or phone experience

About the Role

You’ll be assisting our orthodontists in patient care while handling admin duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, sterilising instruments, and taking x-rays (training provided).

The primary location is Burwood and Drummoyne, with occasional days in Parramatta and other locations as needed.
