Experienced Gaming Attendants

The Embassy Hotel is looking for experienced and enthusiastic gaming attendants to become members of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver prompt, friendly and polite service and assistance to customers

· Maintain accuracy in all cash handling procedures

· Operation of Keno and gaming machines

· Ensure the environment is clean and welcoming for our guests

· Ensure all RSA and RSG legislative requirements are enforced

You must possess the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

RSA, RSG, RMLV certification, and Approved Manager’s License

Gaming and Keno knowledge including TITO

Bartending and barista experience desirable

Knowledgeable Odyssey Gaming System, advantageous

Be available for both day and night shifts on a rotating roster,

Be flexible with hours including weekends and public holidays.

Have exceptional customer service skills,

Previous experience with closing venues, desirable.

Able to work as a member of a team.

· An outgoing and enthusiastic personality

· Cash handling skills

· Keno experience (not essential)

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Impeccable personal presentation
