In-Ratio Leader

About the Role:
This leadership position is ideal for a skilled educator ready to take the next step in their career. As an In-Ratio Leader, you will be an active part of our leadership team while working directly alongside educators in rooms. You'll guide, mentor, and support your colleagues, and step into the Responsible Person role in the absence of other leadership members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to educators while working in ratio

Collaborate with the Educational Leader to support quality educational programs

Support break coverage across rooms

Step into the Responsible Person role when required

Lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Strong working knowledge of the NQS and EYLF

Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

A genuine passion for nurturing both children and educators

Full availability across weekdays

Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection training

Food Safety certificate
