Makibe Australia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker with overhead crane experience to join our client’s team in Lidcombe. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, stable employment in a supportive environment.

⏰ Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
🚀 Immediate Start

In this role, you will:

Pick, prepare, and verify customer orders with a high level of accuracy.

Load and secure goods for transport in line with delivery documentation and safety standards.

Receive, check, and store incoming goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment for loading/unloading materials.

Assist with inventory control, including stock takes, discrepancy reporting, and stock level monitoring.

Maintain an organised, safe, and efficient warehouse layout.

Support production activities, including assisting machinists with bundling and moving processed steel products.

Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.

To be Successful:

Proven overhead crane operating experience (essential).

Forklift license preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Solid understanding of WHS and transport safety compliance requirements.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Current driver’s license and reliable transport.
