About the role:

We are looking for experienced warehouse workers to help help support and perform various warehousing duties. Training and tools will be provided. This is a temp role for with the possibility to be placed as an ongoing worker.

Role: Warehouse Assistant

Pay rate: $31.19 p/hr + super

Date: ASAP for a 1 week trial, potential for ongoing work

Shift Time: 6am-2pm (subject to change)

Uniform: PPE , Steel toe cap boots and a hi vis

Role length: 1 week as a trial and then potential to extend to a more ongoing basis

Responsibilities

Receive and unload containers of bikes

Assemble and prepare bikes for use

Install pedals, helmets, and batteries

Apply stickers and branding as required

Inspect bikes for quality and functionality before dispatch

Strip parts from e-bikes

Organise and sort warehouse

Move boxes

Perform some painting as required

Requirements

Enclosed shoes or steel-capped boots

Clear communicator; great team player with a positive attitude

Organised, motivated and energetic individual

Hard-working with a strong attention to detail

Adaptable, quick learner

Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 30-35kg safely on frequent basis
