About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through hands-on maintenance, hazard identification, project work, and safety initiatives. If you're a proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork and safety, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant and equipment

Respond quickly to breakdowns and assist in root cause analysis

Identify and act on workplace hazards and safety risks

Contribute to project initiatives, plant improvements and workshop upgrades

Maintain workplace cleanliness and organisation (5S)

Support and train others within the maintenance team

Be an active member of the Safety Committee, promoting a zero-harm culture

What We’re Looking For

Qualified tradesperson (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hands-on maintenance role

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Excellent communicator and team player

Reliable, self-motivated, and improvement-focused

Strong safety mindset – familiar with LOTO, PPE, and hazard reporting

Flexibility to work 20–30 hours per week, across days that suit mutual availability. Additional hours in non-maintenance capacity for full-time employment.
