CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS - WELL DONE CONTACT CENTRE Well Done Contact Centre is an Australian company that provides outsourced customer management solutions. These roles will be specializing in Facilities Management for the South Australian Housing Authority. The role involves taking inbound calls, ensuring each call receives the highest level of service, and utilising the clients own portal to follow up on these calls. Most calls are inbound however, some outbound activity may be required as per our clients' requirements.

Casual inbound positions are available for people who are passionate about customer service at our call centre located in Maylands, SA, with the following conditions:

Have an exceptional level of written and verbal communication.

Position will initially be between the hours of 7.30am through to 10pm and must be available to work Monday (compulsory), Tuesday and Wednesday and possibly through to Friday during these times.

Be able to work 20 hours up to 38 hours per week

Position will be initially to meet a two year contract with the possibility of extension after this period

Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and evenings and be flexible with hours required

Full training and support provided

Ongoing coaching/mentoring

Our Call Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Must have a current Police Check or be prepared to apply for one.

Phone interviews will be conducted if you are suitable for these positions followed by a face to face interview.
