Our client is a well-regarded civil contractor specialising in rehabilitation, earthworks and mining services across Tier 1 mine sites throughout WA. They currently have a long-term opportunity for an experienced Tyre Fitter / Serviceperson to join their team on an FMG Exploration project.

About the Role

This position offers a mix of tyre fitting and service truck duties. You'll work with a diverse fleet of mobile plant and light vehicles including D9 Dozers, Cat & Volvo Excavators, Kenworth Trucks, Graders, Rollers and LV’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotating, changing and monitoring wear on earthmoving and road train tyres (up to 25")
• Daily servicing, greasing, fluid top-ups and fuelling of plant and LV's
• Assisting with service truck operations and maintaining accurate records

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter in mining, civil or transport environments
• Certificate II in Tyre Fitting
• HR Licence (essential)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and in a small team
• National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical/DAS
• Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
