The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Midwife to join the team at Katherine Hospital on a short-term contract. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a regional hospital setting while enjoying the unique lifestyle of the Northern Territory.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing expert care in the Birth Suite, Labour Ward, Antenatal and Postnatal settings

Working 12-hour shifts, including nights

Supporting women and families through all stages of maternity care

Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife

Significant experience in Labour Ward and Maternity care

Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to support both patients and junior staff

Flexibility to work day and night shifts (12 hrs)
