What You’ll Do

Build, grow, and manage strong client relationships that drive sales and long-term loyalty.

Coach and develop your team to exceed performance goals.

Deliver exceptional in-store experiences aligned with Secrets’ service standards.

Understand and leverage key business drivers to boost profitability.

Plan and execute business strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Maintain deep product knowledge of our collections, including lab-grown diamonds and customisation options.

What You Bring

3+ years in retail or sales, with leadership experience.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Natural leadership with a people-first mindset.

High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Career stability and a desire to grow professionally.

Tertiary education is a plus.
