About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join one of the largest outlet stores in Australia, located in Homebush. This isn't your average store - it's one of the highest turnover sites nationally, with massive stock volumes and a huge customer base. It's the perfect role for someone who wants scale, challenge, and the opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be working closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, manage a large team, and ensure stock, service, and sales all run seamlessly. This is not a boutique environment - it's a multi-tasker's dream (or challenge!), suited only to those who thrive under pressure and enjoy the buzz of high-volume retail.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading a large and diverse team

Deliver on KPIs, sales, and operational excellence

Manage large volumes of stock - from replenishment to visual merchandising

Create a customer-first environment in one of the busiest outlets in the country

Coach, train, and inspire the team to achieve results in a dynamic setting

Sunday-Thursday roster (38 hours per week)
