Fitness Trainer – Strength & Conditioning (PM Shifts)
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and professional fitness coach to join our team at The Yard Gym Southport. Our training style is grounded in strength and conditioning principles, and we’re seeking someone who can bring that knowledge and energy to our members.
What we’re looking for
Strong background in strength and conditioning
Experience coaching in a group training environment
Available for afternoon/ evening sessions (PM shifts)
Confident, approachable, and able to connect with members of all levels
What you’ll do
Coach structured group training sessions
Focus on correct lifting technique, progression, and performance outcomes
Motivate and support members to push their limits safely
Contribute to a positive, community-focused atmosphere in the studio
