Resolve Performance is a boutique 1-on-1 personal training studio in Burleigh Heads, dedicated to helping busy professionals, business owners, and high performers achieve real transformations. We deliver results-driven, time-efficient programs in a premium environment that values professionalism, high standards, and client outcomes.

We’re looking for a passionate and professional Personal Trainer to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a rent-free role with a steady flow of clients. However, at Resolve, clients are earned through results, care, and professionalism, not simply given. It’s ideal for a coach who wants to master 1-on-1 training in a supportive studio built around structured progression, ongoing education, and career growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Deliver structured 1-on-1 personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.

Conduct initial consultations and structural assessments to design personalised programs.

Educate clients on training, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

Track client progress using the Everfit app (body metrics, weekly check-ins, etc.).

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and exceptional client service.

Engage in ongoing development through weekly team training, mentoring, and elite-level courses.

What we’re looking for:

Cert IV in Fitness (minimum).

Strong knowledge of strength training and body transformations, or eagerness to learn.

Strong knowledge and skill in exercise execution and coaching clients with correct technique.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, coachable, and hungry to grow.

Availability to coach during peak demand times (early mornings 5–6am and evenings 5–6pm).

Accredited sports nutrition qualifications (preferred but not essential).
