Your new role

As the Manager - Business Services, you will lead a talented team and take ownership of a well-established client base nurtured by the Partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and mentoring a team of accountants
• Overseeing client engagements and delivering high-quality business advisory and compliance services
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
• Supporting Partners with strategic initiatives and contributing to the firm's continued expansion
• Participating in regular on-site training and professional development

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• CA/CPA qualification
• Proven experience in a public practice environment, ideally with exposure to SME clients
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
