What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Manager, you will be working in the Development Planning & Policy team who develop policy and undertake research in relation to bush fire in the built environment.

You will be an organised and proactive team player bringing their skills and energy to our workplace. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting a variety of activities that keep things running smoothly.

From coordinating meetings and managing inboxes, to organising travel, assisting with finance and procurement, and keeping our records in order, you’ll play a key part in helping our team deliver effective business services every day.

You’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, using your adaptability and problem-solving skills to keep things on track.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with financial and purchasing processes
  • Knowledge of RFS systems, procedures, and best practices (advantageous)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Coupa & HPE Content Manager
