The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and confident paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our small, dynamic team in a flexible contract role. The position is community-based, and the new team member will be working on-site at a prestigious boys school in the Eastern Suburbs. No NDIS work is involved, and report writing is rarely required.

You’ll have autonomy over your schedule with the option to take school holidays off. This is a highly flexible role, perfect for someone wanting to create a caseload that works around their lifestyle.

Client Profile & Therapy Focus

Private school and preschool-aged children (aged between 3 - 12)

Common goals: handwriting, emotional regulation, attention/focus, muscle tone development, school readiness, and social skills

You’ll work independently within school settings, maintaining discretion and professionalism with high-profile families

About You

Warm, well-presented, and approachable

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently with confidence

Comfortable working in schools and collaborating with teachers

Committed to confidentiality and high professional standards

Essential Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Masters)

Full AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatrics

ABN and professional indemnity insurance

Working rights in Australia

Working with Children Check

Police Check
