About the Role

This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on:

Daily screening and shortlisting of candidates for trades, operators, and labour roles

Resourcing and allocating workers to client sites across DIDO, FIFO, and local projects

Supporting the sales team with workforce planning and availability updates

Coordinating placements, swing rosters, and onboarding documentation

Managing competing priorities with precision and consistency

Driving outcomes—filling roles fast, keeping clients happy, and maintaining high standards

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in blue collar recruitment—labour hire, trades, or shutdowns

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

A results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

Familiarity with award rates, site safety, and regional workforce logistics

Ability to work independently while staying connected to a fast-moving team
