The Role:

This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this important role is focussed on ensuring our customers receive prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.

Our client is looking for an outstanding Receptionist who is ready to go above and beyond for their valued customers. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

Your tasks will include:

First point of contact for the business

Ensure excellent customer service

Deal with customers via telephone

Sell our service offerings to customers

Administration and preparation of quotes

Sending and receiving emails

Maintenance of customer files

General office duties

The Requirements

As well as all round general administration experience you need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers. Previous reception experience is essential and experience in a sales role would be looked upon favourably, but more importantly, you should be a quick learner and good with people.

The Offer

The package on offer is up to $100,000 per year.
