Wants to work alongside, be apart of and contribute in a team of 6 other Physio’s, 3 Exercise Physiologist’s, a Dietitian and Pilates Classes

Enjoys a diverse and busy caseload to keep themselves busy

Looking to step into an existing caseload

The Role:

We are looking for a Employee / Contractor model dependant upon your preference to step into an existing Saturday and Thursday caseload. Outgoing Remedial Massage Therapist is stepping back to focus on final year university placements / studies after being with us for 1 year

Your caseload will be musculoskeletal with ongoing clients expecting quality hands on therapy and maintenance based therapy

Competitive hourly rate or commission will be provided aligned with skillset

Admin & Billing Support - Our administration team handles scheduling, billing, and enquiries so you can focus on client care.

Requirements:

Certification in Remedial Massage Therapy/Myotherapy.

At least one year of relevant experience with current association membership.

Professional indemnity and liability insurance.

A collaborative spirit and able to integrate into a multimodal health team.

A drive to network, build referral bases, and manage time effectively.

A compassionate nature with a strong work ethic and dedication to your craft.

Own reliable vehicle with current driver’s licence

Proficient with paperless note recording and ability to effectively self-manage own diary (preferable)

About us:

Reclaim has been operating for nearly a decade and has seen more than 14,000 clients and provided more than 200,000 treatments. During the COVID period Reclaim operated strongly and did not lay-off any staff instead maintained it’s current level of staff.

Reclaim is a multidisciplinary private practice which has grown naturally and successfully by our patient first approach. Our team has grown steadily to include 6 Physios / Clinical Pilates Instructors, 3 Exercise Physiologist’s, a Remedial Massage Therapist (you will be replacing the outgoing RMT), Dietitian and Therapy Assistants. We work closely with several local sporting clubs as the team physio’s, we sponsor several local school fetes and am heavily involved in local community work.

Reclaim offer’s a hands-on mentality. No hot pack and tens machine and leave. No 5min rub and send in an allied health assistant. We aim to give our patient the full consult time and deliver the best hands on therapy and targeted exercise based rehabilitation we can.

We utilize Kinvent - real time biofeedback tools to assess, treat and guide our clinical therapy.

Our approach as Physiotherapist’s is to give the clients the full consult treatment time consisting of a mixture of hands on therapy types, including manual therapy, massage, trigger point work, acupuncture/dry needling and strapping. We also adjunct our therapy with targeted Exercise prescription and Pilates/gym-based rehabilitation to effectively treat musculoskeletal dysfunction.

We have 6 private treatment rooms we consult out of (no curtains dividing rooms) each with its own air-conditioning, ceiling speakers, phone and desktop monitor, room supplies and electronic bed.

We have an onsite Pilates Studio which we run 30+ classes a week from aswell as do 1-1 Pilates sessions and Exercise Based Rehab. We are situated next to the ifeelgood 24/7 gym which provides us free entry for ourselves personally and to train / assess our clients.

We have onsite kitchenette and toilet aswell as practice managers room

Located in the Metro Middle Park Shopping Centre with ample staff parking and 30+ speciality stores including a Coles.
