The Role

PHSA is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (provisional or registered) to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, Worksafe VIC; Comcare; and TAC.

Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments and transferable skills analyses, case conferencing with treating health professionals, delivery of capacity building programs, work readiness preparation, job seeker education delivery, and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.

Requirements

• Full membership with ASORC as Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA registration as a provisional or registered psychologist
• Minimum one year experience within occupational rehabilitation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Current driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
