Remuneration: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 per annum + 12% Superannuation
Hours Per Week: up to 38

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse at Westmead, you will be a key player in providing high-quality, evidence-informed nursing care that meets the individual needs of patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while fostering collaboration across the healthcare team.
In this role you will:
Deliver person-centred nursing care aligned with best practice standards.
Assess, document, and evaluate patient care plans systematically.
Support and mentor nursing colleagues, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Promote continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice within your unit.

Essential Requirements

Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Selection Criteria
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
