About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Services Officer to join our dedicated team, working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary rehabilitation care environment. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in supporting clinicians and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality services to patients. Reporting to the Team Leader Support Services, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, initiative and a collaborative spirit to help create a positive experience for both staff and clients. Your ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to a team-focused workplace will be essential.

About You
You're a dedicated and capable professional who thrives in a team-based rehabilitation care setting. You take pride in delivering high-quality support services and are committed to the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors alike. To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III qualification relevant to the role, plus at least 560 hours of in-service experience in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Proven ability to work under limited direction—prioritising tasks, using sound judgement, and handling challenging situations with confidence
Solid knowledge of support services operations, workplace safety, and customer service principles within a healthcare environment
