The Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Height Safety Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation of height safety equipment such as anchor points, static lines, guardrails, walkways, and access ladders. You will work on a variety of projects across commercial, industrial, and government sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install height safety and fall protection systems to industry standards

Conduct site assessments and prepare work areas safely

Read and interpret installation drawings and plans

Use hand tools, power tools, and access equipment safely and effectively

Work at heights and in diverse site environments

Liaise with clients and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes

Complete required documentation and compliance paperwork

About You

Previous experience in construction, roofing, rigging, or a similar trade

Comfortable working at heights with a strong safety focus

White Card (Construction Induction) – required (or willingness to obtain)

Working at Heights ticket – required (or willingness to obtain)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver’s licence
