This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the advisor in the provision of the highest level of service to their portfolio of clients as well as implementation of advice. Being a key point of contact to the clients, exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a financial planning business is essential.

To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the essential requirements include:

3+ years in a client services/advisor support role in financial planning

strong Xplan skills

industry relevant qualifications preferred

advanced computer skills and IT literacy

ability to build strong rapport with clients, other team members and third parties.

excellent personal presentation

exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

commitment to a hybrid work arrangement - 3-4 days in office/1-2 from home.

team player mentality and desire to establish strong relationship with advisor for the long term
