About The Role
Supporting the Litigation team at Partner level, this role will see you provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and seamless client service. This role is best suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversea and manage the monthly billing process
• Expense reconciliations
• Opening and closing of matters
• Generate reports
• Document production
• Draft correspondence
• Diary management and travel coordination

About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated legal support experience ideally gained within litigation.
• A firm understanding of financial and end of month billing processes.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service focus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a busy work environment juggling competing priorities.
• A team-oriented approach.
