The Role

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, or rehab wards
• Complete med recs, chart reviews, and discharge counselling
• Join ward rounds alongside doctors and allied health
• Contribute to medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives

Benefits

• $70-$85 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Need

• AHPRA registration
• Minimum 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience or transferable skills from community pharmacy with leadership/managerial exposure
• Confidence using iPharmacy, Sunrise, Merlin, Cerner, or similar
