The Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus. You will play a key role in advancing development best practices, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously improving front-end and back-end systems. Your expertise in API design, database optimization, and automation testing will be essential to delivering high-quality software on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end features.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement requirements.

Review code and mentor peers to maintain high standards and improve processes.

Detect performance bottlenecks, design solutions, and oversee implementation.

Prioritize and resolve technical debt to keep applications scalable and efficient.

Contribute to development planning, estimation, and scheduling.

Stay updated on emerging full stack technologies and trends.

Occasionally provide out-of-hours support when needed.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js

Deep understanding of both front-end and back-end architecture

Solid experience with ORM technologies

Proven experience designing and developing GraphQL APIs

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes

Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical decision-making

Demonstrated strong work ethic

Desirable:

Experience in Agile or DevOps environments

Knowledge of Chakra UI, React Hook Form, and URQL

Experience with NestJS or other Node.js frameworks

Experience with Node.js ORMs, specifically MikroORM
