With over 20 year’s experience serving greater Brisbane, Logan Heart Centre is a well-established private cardiology practice with multiple locations across Brisbane. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Cardiac Physiologist to join our casual physiologist pool.

About the Role

As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will perform a variety of non-invasive cardiac investigations, including but not limited to:

• Standard resting 12-lead electrocardiograms (ECGs)

• Ambulatory Holter monitoring

• Blood pressure monitoring

• Exercise stress testing

• Assisting with stress echocardiograms – including patient setup, and ECG/BP monitoring throughout the test

Experience in ECG acquisition and interpretation, as well as exercise stress testing, is preferred. Experience in Holter monitor analysis is highly regarded.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a candidate with:

• An undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Exercise Physiology, or Human Movement Studies

• A minimum of 240 hours of clinical placement in a cardiac diagnostic testing environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• A proactive and adaptable approach to workflow and patient care

• A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport (you may be required to travel between our Logan, Greenslopes, and Cleveland sites)
