Senior Network Analyst

Sharp & Carter is proud to be partnering with a prominent resource-based organisation located in Perth's CBD. As they continue to scale to meet project demand, they're now seeking a Senior Network Analyst for a 3-month, full-time contract. A perfect opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work on impactful projects.

The Role:
As a Senior Network Analyst, you’ll be stepping into an important role where you'll help support and maintain the organisation’s core IT systems. You’ll be filling in for a senior team member and working across network environments, playing a key part in keeping things running smoothly. This role is a great mix of hands-on support, project work, and teamwork during a busy period of change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco solutions, including Checkpoint firewalls, within a hybrid environment
• Take ownership of core infrastructure solutions and network operations
• Work across complex routing protocols and connectivity technologies
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure network stability, performance, and security
• Document network configurations, changes, and architectural improvements
• Assist with the transition and backfill responsibilities of a departing senior engineer

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer/Analyst, ideally within enterprise or resource industries
• Expertise with Cisco, Checkpoint, network protocols, routing, and firewalls
• Comfortable operating across hybrid cloud/infrastructure environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation capabilities
• Available to start Immediately to 19th December, 8:00am–4:30pm.
