Based in the Port Hacking, we’re on the lookout for a motivated Boat Detailer who shares our love of the water — someone keen to learn, work hard, and build a career in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, buff, hand wax, and polish boat exteriors to maintain a glossy finish

Regular wash down and dry of vessels.

Applying teak treatments.

Stainless steel polishing.

Skipper and deck hand duties, where required

Overall boat maintenance duties.

About you:

Experience in detailing or boating (bonus, but not essential)

Detail focused, proud of quality results

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Comfortable with power tools and outdoor marine work

Valid drivers licence

Hands-on, fit and motivated

Capable of performing efficiently within tight deadlines

Reliable and a team player

Marine knowledge and good communication skills.
