The Role:

As the Early Childhood Centre Manager of this 94 place early childhood service in St Albans, you will be integral to the community, ensuring the seamless and efficient daily operation. Your experience will be highly valued in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive environment.

• Above award rates - $90,000 - $115,000 + 12.5% bonus + superannuation + exclusive benefits!

• Permanent Full Time Role (Monday - Friday) Set shifts!

• Essential to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff and the wider community of St Albans.
• Ensure the highest standards of child protection and child safety standards are met and exceeded.
• Rostering of approximately 12 permanent staff & 2 casual employees.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in correspondence.

Certificates:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.
• Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
• Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
• CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
