About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction professional to join our team at technik Scaffolding. As a Scaffoler or hard working labourer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects across Sydney and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

Building and dismantling scaffolding to ensure deadlines are met

Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers

Identifying and resolving any construction-related issues or challenges

Ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards

Collaborating closely with Builders, architects, engineers and other stakeholders at jobsite

Providing regular progress updates and reporting to the management team

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (1+ years) in a similar construction role

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Certification in construction safety and compliance
