About the Role:

Independence Medical is seeking a Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our Townsville team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone available to support our delivery schedule operating Monday - Friday 9am to 3.30pm (30 hours per week), with option to be flexible with hours. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are delivered to customers with care and precision, while also looking after warehouse logistics, equipment assembly and inventory management. The position is a physically demanding role combined with customer interaction and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

What we’re looking for:

Current 'C' class Driver's License (unrestricted and good driver history)

Ability to provide a National Police Clearance

Ability to provide a Blue & Yellow Card

Good communication and customer service skills

Experience in delivery of goods in any industry is optimal but not a requirement

Good level of physical fitness

Understanding of correct manual handling procedures, and a positive attitude towards safety

Basic knowledge of tools is highly advantageous

Respectable personal presentation and hygiene

Pay rate $30-$33.00 per hour depending of levels of experience + superannuation
